1. Shipping & Returns are FREE in the USA!

 

Shipping & Returns are free of charge on all full price items. For discounted items, we charge $9.95. 

 

2. We’re fast!

 

All orders will be delivered to your doorstep within 2-3 business days by FedEx.

 

3. Trying on your Sole Bliss shoes. 

 

We hope you love your shoes as soon as you try them on, but if you need to exchange them or return them for a refund, you have 30 days to do so. Shoes must be returned to Sole Bliss within the specific returns period and must be in a resaleable condition. You must only try your shoes inside on a carpeted area. You will have a returns label inside your parcel when it arrives.

If you have any doubts about whether or not the style or size you have ordered is right for you, please don't hesitate to reach out to us, and we can help you. 

When trying on our shoes, please do so in a carpeted area. This includes walking in the shoes to see if they are the correct fit - you must do this in a carpeted area to ensure the soles of the shoes are not marked or damaged. 

All shoes must be returned to us in their original, resaleable condition and packaging.

If you return damaged or worn shoes to us, we won't be able to give you a refund and we may have to send them back to you. All items are carefully inspected on return. 

 

4. Returning shoes for an exchange or refund. 

 

Inside your package you will find a Returns Form. Simply check the appropriate box: 'Exchange' or 'Refund'. If you are exchanging your shoes, please ensure you indicate the new size or style you require. Include the form inside your return package to us. 

You will have a free United States Postal Service (USPS) returns label inside your parcel. Take your parcel to a USPS location to return your shoes. You can locate your nearest USPS drop-off point here.

Simply stick the returns label onto the front of your parcel and hand it over at the drop-off point. For security, take note - or take a photo of - your returns label so that you have a copy of your tracking number. We will not know your specific returns tracking number, so it is your responsibility to keep a record of it in case your package goes missing. 

Please note that should you wish to use an alternative courier or delivery service to return your shoes to us, you are responsible for the items until they reach our returns hub. We cannot accept responsibility for missing packages sent through alternative delivery companies.

5. We’ll fulfill your request quickly.

 

Once we have your shoes back (which usually takes no more than 2-3 business days), we aim to exchange them for the correct size and send them right back to you via FedEx within 2 working days. If you need a refund, we will process it within 2-3 days of receiving your return and notify you of its completion via email. Please allow up to 7-10 business days (depending on your bank) for the funds to appear in your account.

 


 

Additional Delivery Information



Unforeseen delivery delays do sometimes occur, so please wait 3 business days after dispatch before contacting us about your order. Orders with multiple items may be dispatched from different distribution centers. In this case, you may receive a separate dispatch confirmation email and tracking number for each shipment.

Tracking: When placing your order, please provide an email address and cell phone number to receive regular updates on the status of your delivery.

 

Please note: We do not deliver to PO Box addresses.

 

P&P Charge: Our delivery fee of $9.95 is Non-Refundable

 


 

No Customs & Imports Duties

 

We cover all customs and import duties on an order value of up to $800. If the value of your order is more than $800 we may send your order in two shipments. In this case, we will notify you so that you know when to expect your deliveries.

 

 

Sales Tax

  

If you live in a state where Sole Bliss has an obligation to collect sales tax, you'll see it applied to your order at checkout, which will be correct for the shipping address that you've selected.

 

Sales tax is calculated on the total of your order, after discount. The amount of tax charged to your order depends on your shipping address. The tax is calculated based on state rates and the items you are purchasing. We'll always show you how much sales tax you'll be charged when you go to checkout.

 

The sales tax shown at checkout will be for your default address so this may change if you change your shipping address.

 

If you have not been charged sales tax on your order and you are lawfully required to do so, it is your responsibility to pay sales tax to your state.

Please note that purchased Gift Cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

If you order before 11pm (Eastern Time), your shoes will be dispatched the next working day and delivered within 2 business days.

On the day of delivery, you will receive an email from Fedex confirming your delivery.

Receive your parcel and try on your shoes!

Returns & Exchanges are always FREE! You will receive a free USPS returns label inside your parcel, and you have 40 days to return your shoes to us.
