To help all our customers, please note that we have now extended our returns period to 40 days until further notice.
You never have to pay shipping charges on your order, or on your returns.

We hope you love your shoes as soon as you try them on, but we understand that ordering shoes for wide or difficult feet can mean that some styles don't work for you. In these cases, you can return your shoes free of charge to us for either an exchange or a refund, and you have 40 days from the day that you receive your order to do so.
If you have any doubts about whether or not the style or size you have ordered is right for you, please don't hesitate to reach out to us, and we can help you.
When trying on our shoes, please do so in a carpeted area. This includes walking in the shoes to see if they are the correct fit - you must do this in a carpeted area to ensure the soles of the shoes are not marked or damaged.
All shoes must be returned to us in their original, resaleable condition and packaging where possible (e.g., return shoes to us in their original shoe box.)
If you return damaged or worn shoes to us, we won't be able to give you a refund and we may have to send them back to you. All items are carefully inspected on return.
Inside your package you will find a Returns Form. Simply check the appropriate box ('Exchange' or 'Refund'), listing the reason for your return from the options available. If you are returning shoes to us for an exchange, please ensure you indicate the new size you require. Include the form inside your return package to us.
You will have a free United States Postal Service returns label inside your parcel when it arrives. Take your parcel to a USPS location to drop off your returning items - you can locate your nearest USPS drop-off point here.
Simply stick the returns label on to the front of your parcel and hand it over at the drop-off point. For security, take note - or take a photo of - your returns label so that you have a copy of your tracking number. We will not know your specific returns tracking number, so it is your responsibility to keep a record of it in case your package goes missing.
If you are missing either a Returns Form or a free returns label, please contact us and we will issue you with a new one as soon as possible.
Please note that should you wish to use an alternative courier or delivery service to return your shoes to us, you are responsible for the items until they reach our returns hub. We cannot accept responsibility for missing packages sent through alternative delivery companies.

Once we have your shoes back (which usually takes no more than 2-3 business days), we aim to exchange them for the correct size and send them right back to you via FedEx within 2 working days. If you need a refund, we will process it within 2-3 days of receiving your return and notify you of its completion via email. Please allow 7 - 10 business days (depending on your bank) for the funds to appear in your account.
Unforeseen delivery delays do sometimes occur, so please wait 3 business days after dispatch before contacting us about your order. Orders with multiple items may be dispatched from different distribution centers. In this case, you may receive a separate dispatch confirmation email and tracking number for each shipment.

Tracking: When placing your order, please provide an email address and cell phone number to receive regular updates on the status of your delivery.
Please note: We do not deliver to PO Box addresses.
We cover all customs and import duties on an order value of up to $800, and so if the value of your order is more than $800 we may send your order in two shipments. If so, we’ll notify you as early as we can so that you know when to expect your deliveries.
If you live in a state where Sole Bliss has an obligation to collect sales tax, you'll see it applied to your order at Checkout, which will be correct for the shipping address that you've selected.
You won't have to pay sales tax on Gift Vouchers, but you may have to pay sales tax on any shipping charges you pay.
Sales tax is calculated on the total of your order, after discount. The amount of tax charged to your order depends on your shipping address. The tax is calculated based on state rates and the items you are purchasing. We'll always show you how much sales tax you'll be charged when you go to Checkout.
The sales tax shown at checkout will be for your default address so this may change if you change your shipping address.
If you have not been charged sales tax on your order and you are lawfully required to do so, it is your responsibility to pay use tax to your state.
