QUESTIONS ABOUT SOLE BLISS SHOES

All Sole Bliss shoes have been designed to accommodate bunions and wider feet, so you will find them to be more accommodating than other pumps.

Our Wide Fit styles are for those with slim to regular-width feet, plus bunions (mild to severe).

Our Extra Wide Fit styles are for those with wide feet, plus bunions (mild to severe). These styles are equivalent to at least a EEE fit.

We do not offer Wide AND Extra Wide Fit versions of each style – shoes are either classed as Wide Fit OR Extra Wide Fit.

Our sizes go from US size 5 (EU 36) to US size 11 (EU 42), with half sizes in between. For a full conversion chart, including US sizing, click here.

The majority of our styles fit true to size, so you should take your regular shoe size. Consider the width of your foot when choosing your style and size. Click here to see which shoes are Wide Fit and which are Extra Wide Fit.

If you always buy between two sizes (e.g. size 7.5 & size 8), we recommend you go with the larger of these two sizes.

The majority of our styles fit true to size, however some styles will require you to take a slightly different size, e.g. a half size larger. Please carefully read the information on each style’s product page.

We recommend that you go with the most comfortable size for the larger of your two feet. It’s easy to fill excess space in a shoe (podiatrist top tip: try balling up a pop sock and putting it in the point of the shoe to act as a buffer between the end of your toes and the shoe.)

QUESTIONS ABOUT FEET

Yes! All Sole Bliss shoes have been designed to accommodate bunions and can do so in part due to our ‘Bunion Bed’ – a hidden stretch panel that can accommodate a bunion. However, if you have one foot with no bunion (as is common!), the shoes will still fit that foot.

Our shoes are popular with women looking for pumps that provide them with lasting comfort, even if they don't have foot problems. 

Due to the technology in our shoes, we have had many customers who suffer from arthritis and arthritic joints who have loved the comfort our shoes provide. Everyone’s feet are different and so we recommend you try the shoes to see if they work for you personally. It’s advisable to try one of the Extra Wide Fit styles as they offer more room, which will put less pressure on painful joints.

Due to the technology in our shoes, we have had many customers who suffer from Morton’s neuroma who have loved the comfort our shoes provide. Everyone’s feet are different and so we recommend you try our shoes to see if they work for you personally. It’s advisable to try one of the Wide Fit styles as they offer more room, which will put less pressure on your feet.

Due to the technology in our shoes, we have had many customers who suffer from plantar fasciitis who have loved the comfort the shoes provide. Underfoot you will find three distinct layers of memory foam which offer cushioning and shock absorbency. Everyone’s feet are different and so we recommend you try our shoes to see if they work for you personally.

QUESTIONS ABOUT ORDERS

Simply click on the style you want to buy, select your size and click ‘Add to Cart’. When you have finished shopping, click the basket icon (in the top right corner) and you will be able to proceed to the Checkout. Alternatively, call us on +1 917-475-0027 to place your order over the telephone. We will send emails confirming your order and tracking information once your order has been despatched. 

We accept major credit cards including Visa, Visa Debit, American Express and Mastercard, as well as Google Pay and Apple Pay. We do not offer PayPal as a payment method.

The CVV is the 3 or 4 digit number embossed or imprinted on the signature panel on the back of Visa and Mastercard cards, and on the front of American Express cards. This code is used to validate your purchase and as an extra security measure to ensure that you have access and/or physical possession of the credit card itself. Your order cannot be fully processed without a valid Security Code. Once your order has been processed, your card details will not be held on file. 

QUESTIONS ABOUT DELIVERY

All orders are shipped from the UK, and will arrive within 2-3 business days via FedEx.

If you have a question about your shipment, or you are experiencing a problem with your delivery, please email customercare@solebliss.com or call our Customer Care Team on +1 917-475-0027 Monday to Friday, 6.30am-12.30pm ET. 

When placing your order, please provide an email address and cell phone number to receive regular updates on the status of your delivery.

QUESTIONS ABOUT RETURNS

You have 14 days from the day you receive your parcel to return your shoes to us for either an exchange or a refund. Shoes must be returned to us in a resaleable condition and should only be tried inside in a carpeted area. Inside your package you will find a Returns Form. Simply check the appropriate box ('Exchange' or 'Refund'), listing the reason for your return from the options available. 
If you are returning shoes to us for an exchange, please ensure that you indicate the new size/style/colour that you require. Include the form inside your return package to us.
You will have a free United States Postal Service returns label inside your parcel when it arrives. Take your parcel to a USPS location to drop off your return items. 

Simply attach the returns label onto the front of your parcel and then take it to your local Post Office, drop it in a collection box or schedule a free carrier pick-up at usps.com
For security, note down - or take a photo of - your tracking number. We will not know your specific returns tracking number, so it is your responsibility to keep a record of it in case your package goes missing. 
If you are missing either a Returns Form or a free returns label, please contact us and we will issue you with a new one as soon as possible. 
Please note that should you wish to use an alternative courier or delivery service to return your shoes to us, you are responsible for the items until they reach our returns hub. We cannot accept responsibility for missing packages sent through alternative delivery companies.

Refunds are generally processed within 2-3 business days of your shoes arriving back to our warehouse. You will be notified of your refund’s completion via automated email. Please allow up to 7 business days (depending on your bank) for the funds to appear in your account. 

Complete the returns form enclosed with your item(s) and place the completed returns form in the parcel. It’s advisable to call ahead of returning your shoes to let us know your exchange request – that way we can place the correct pair on hold under your name to complete the exchange once your original pair are returned to us.

QUESTIONS ABOUT the WEBSITE

Yes. We use the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) method, which means your details are encrypted before the information transfers from your computer to our system. You know when a page is secure because a padlock symbol shows at the bottom of the browser or the address of the web page starts with ‘https’. This method is the recognised standard for secure transactions.
